you are not short on insight.
you have studied yourself from every angle.
you can name the trauma.
the shadow.
the pattern.
the nervous-system response.
you can explain the cage better than anyone else in the room.
but when the moment comes, you still find yourself inside it.
the conversation turns. the familiar response takes over.
the decision waits while you assemble one more explanation.
afterward, you can describe exactly what happened.
you keep healing. processing. seeking.
finding new language for the same repetition.
knowing the pattern does not mean another response is available.
you can recognize something clearly in reflection and lose access to that clarity in the moment.
one part of you knows what matters.
another is protecting something.
another has already answered before you notice you were asked.
all of this can be very intelligent.
you may even have tools that work—when you remember them,
when you’re calm enough to use them, when the situation gives you time.
the question is what becomes available when it doesn’t.
can you notice yourself in the middle of the familiar movement?
can you remain present with what it brings up?
can you respond from somewhere you couldn’t reach before?
this is where what you know begins to change how you live.
imagine:
you know what you know without needing to translate it into another framework first.
you make a decision and begin, without turning it into another three-month inquisition.
you speak the truth while your body is still warm with fear.
clean. direct. alive.
you can hear someone disagree with you and stay in the conversation.
you can recognize a familiar impulse without having to follow it.
and then there is the quieter thing.
food starts tasting like food again.
your feet find the floor.
your body gets to be in the room before your mind turns the room into a problem.
you become capable of participating in the life you’ve spent so much time trying to understand.
we work with the living material of your life.
the story you have learned to tell.
the force moving underneath it.
the place where what you know and how you live divide.
some of this work can be taught as information.
some of it has to be encountered in relationship.
my work is teaching and direct guidance, with objective self-study and individual practices between sessions.
we begin with what is happening. a conversation you keep having. a decision you cannot seem to make. something you want that your life is not yet organized to receive.
we look closely at how the situation unfolds, what you notice, what you miss, and what the moment actually requires.
a practice can be deceptively simple.
take telling the truth.
notice when you say “i know” and mean “i’ve heard.” notice the embellishment, the borrowed opinion, the agreement you give before checking whether you agree.
the practice gives you something to observe in the act of living. you begin to catch movements that previously happened without your participation.
that noticing creates an opportunity. what you do with it becomes part of the work.
we return to your experience, adjust the practice, and attend to what becomes possible.
i am not here to be believed.
the principles and practices are yours to test. bring your questions, including the ones that challenge what i’m saying. the experience is yours to discover.
the capacity belongs to you.
the purpose is to develop conscious awareness and greater degrees of freedom within experience.
what can you now notice while it is happening?
what can you stay present with?
what response can you choose?
what can you carry forward without my guidance?
we work toward coherence: bringing what you know into relationship with your emotions, habits, desires, and commitments, so that you can participate more fully in the direction of your life.
this is for people who have done substantial inner work and want to become capable of living what they know.
you do not need to arrive with a perfect explanation.
you do need to be willing to practice—and to let what happens teach you something your explanation could not.
begin with one session.
bring one situation: the question you can’t answer, the pattern you keep encountering, or the place where the next move still feels unavailable.
we’ll work with what is actually happening and identify a practice or next step you can take into daily life.
sessions are usually by phone. video is available if you prefer.
the session stands on its own. afterward, we can decide together whether ongoing work would be useful.

a period of ongoing work.
a typical engagement takes place over ten weeks, with a session each week, individual practices, and private messaging between calls.
part teaching.
part direct guidance.
part objective self-study.
the practices build on one another as you bring them into your relationships, decisions, and everyday experience. there is time to encounter the familiar pattern again, notice what has shifted, and work with what still catches you.
throughout the engagement, you can write to me with questions and observations as things unfold.
at completion, we review what has become available to you, what needs further attention, and how you can continue putting it into practice.
further work is possible when it serves a clear purpose.

and honey, this is not a vibe being sold.
you have had enough of those.
you’ll know the real thing when you taste it.
you always do.
when you’re ready to take what you know and make it real in your life, i would love to hear from you.
